North and West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice is pleased to be working in partnership with Lydcare to ensure the continuation of their much-valued Home Visiting Service.
Following Caroline’s retirement, Lydcare was keen to maintain uninterrupted support for local residents who rely on home-based assistance. Through this new partnership, our trained advisers will be carrying out home visits on behalf of Lydcare, providing the same high-quality, confidential, and compassionate help their clients are accustomed to.
This collaboration enables us to extend our reach into the community and ensure that people who find it difficult to access services outside their home continue to receive the advice and support they need.
Clients can continue to contact Lydcare as usual, and referrals will be passed directly to our team for follow-up. We look forward to delivering this vital service together and supporting even more people across the area.
