AccessAva is a free online tool that can help those of us that use Health or Social Care services with legal support. We have developed this in partnership with Access Social Care.

If you disagree with a decision that’s been made about your or your loved one’s health or social care then you can use AccessAva to get free legal information and guidance to help you challenge that decision and understand your rights.

AccessAva’s features include:

    • Easy-to-understand information
    • Information about health and social care that’s verified by lawyers.
    • Template letters
    • A person-centered approach to help you navigate the complexities of accessing health and social care
    • Tools and knowledge you need to advocate for your rights
